Tips for Property Presentation
Great images will help attract potential purchasers and promote your property in the best possible light, and so that we can create wonderful photographs why not check out some of these helpful tips:
Have all your rooms tidy.
Check that all light bulbs are working.
Fresh flowers look good in photographs.
Pets and their food, water bowls, toys etc. are removed.
Outside and Garden
Try not to park your car in the driveway.
Remove ladders, bikes, toys etc.
Set up garden furniture.
Kitchen
Tidy away excess kitchen appliances and remove clutter from the kitchen table and surfaces.
Remove all washing up items including washing up liquid, brushes, cloths.
Remove notes, magnets etc from your fridge door.
Bags, bottles, rubbish etc. that may be visible should be removed.
A fruit bowl with fresh fruit always looks good in the kitchen.
Sitting Room
Remove remote controls etc.
Fluff up cushions on sofas and chairs.
Remove any furniture that makes the room look smaller.
Prepare fireplace to be lit to create homely atmosphere in the photographs.
Bedrooms
Make up the beds with fresh and matching bed clothes.
Remove clothes from floors and doors.
Clear off bedside lockers and tops of wardrobes.
Children’s rooms are tidied.
Dining Room
Lay the table or have flowers as a centre piece.
Ensure the room is free of clutter.
Bathroom
Take away personal items such as shampoos, toothbrushes, creams, medications that are visible on shelves, around bathtubs and wash basin.
Remove bins, weighing scales etc.
Replace used towels with fresh ones.
